• PLZ MAKE SURE THE BUCKLE RIGHT!!!: If the clip is facing the wrong direction, the safety strap won't tighten properly. Simply rotate the clip, and it should function correctly.
• DO NOT PUT EBIKE ONTO THIS RACK!!!: This rack is not designed for ebikes. It cannot support such a heavey loading, and cannot secure the bikes safely during the transport. If you need a rack that fits the ebikes, plz check the ebike rack models.
